I was thinking about buying my first property, I didn't know where to start from until I searched online. A God send, David Golt contacted and everything went as smooth as possible. This was only my second time at buying a house and what made it even more complicated was that I was buying a second home, Meaning afinancial had to arrange for two separate mortgages. I put them through their paces with all the work that had to be done. The communication between me and Mr Golt was excellent every step of the way even though buy the end I must have called him 3 times a day. We managed to get two mortgages which suited our needs I would recommend afinancial and especially Mr Golt for his excellent work. I have recommended His services already.
